Mind Body Integration

This is a private session designed around your individual needs. Using gentle, fully supported postures, we focus on helping your body release tension, regulate your nervous system, and create space to process emotions. Each session is tailored to where you are that day, offering practical tools for rest, recovery, and ease. It’s also a perfect complement to traditional talk therapy, giving you the opportunity to process energy and emotion through the body.

ASW Program Design
Wellness Program Design is a specialized offering that supports organizations, businesses, and individuals to create and implement comprehensive wellness programs aimed at promoting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of their constituents.

Private Yoga Classes
Yoga Classes are structured and guided sessions where individuals of various skill levels gather to practice yoga, a holistic discipline that combines physical postures, breath control, meditation, and relaxation techniques. Yoga classes offer a well-rounded and transformative experience for participants, encompassing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of well-being.
Retreat Services
Retreat services include yoga classes, wellness workshops, and private 1:1 restorative sessions. From group practices that set the tone, to interactive workshops, to individualized sessions, these experiences are created to complement and enhance any retreat environment.


Trauma Informed Yoga
This offering brings the principles of trauma-informed care into the yoga space, creating a safe and supportive environment for participants to regulate stress, reconnect with their bodies, and build resilience. Sessions are accessible to all levels and focus on choice, empowerment, and nervous system regulation.
